AGENDA:
Positive Intelligence (PQ) Focus (Weeks 1-7)
Week 1 - Self-Command. Overview of the program and introduction of self-command practice.
Week 2 - The Judge. The Judge is the master Saboteur. Most hijackings involve some participation from the Judge.
Week 3 - Your Accomplice Saboteur. The Judge works with one or more Accomplice Saboteurs to hijack your mind and cause most of your setbacks.
Week 4 - The Sage Perspective. Every circumstance can be turned into a gift and opportunity. Explore the 3 types of gifts.
Week 5 - Sage Power Empathize. See yourself and others in yours and their true essence.
Week 6 - Additional Sage Powers. Practice with Innovate & Activate.
Week 7 - Work & Life Applications. E.g. Stress Management, Productivity & Performance, Health & Dieting, Relationships, Conflict Management, etc.
Strengths Focus (Weeks 8-12)
Week 8 - Creating Connection & Alignment, co-creating Interdependence
Week 9 - Seeing Strengths as energy / performance (E/P) gifts
Week 10 - Embracing Weakness, reducing the fear & shame of weakness
Week 11 - Seeing Others through Domains of Strength, practice spotting strengths & identifying how your lens affects your ability to see other's strengths
Week 12 - Relational Purpose Statement, clarifying your work/role/relational purposes in alignment with your legacy
